On-field success is critical and starts with our development pathways. We must provide young athletes and support staff in the region with the same opportunities as their big city counterparts. We can do this by giving them access to the best resources and facilities possible.
We must keep pace with the rest of the competition and continue to lead with innovation, growth and opportunity.
When the Raiders won their maiden premiership back in1989 it was said the victory “gave Canberra a soul”. Our vision is to establish ourselves forever in the heart of Canberra at Northbourne Oval.

The redevelopment of our ‘spiritual home’ into a state-of-the-art high performance and training venue is the first important step in making this vision a reality.
We want to showcase our history, service the current generation and inspire the future
