How to Redeem Your Member NRLW Tickets /

As a 2023 Raiders full season Member, you are entitled to a free ticket to the NRLW stand-alone games at GIO Stadium Canberra.

Please follow the below instructions on how to redeem your tickets.

1. Locate your membership ID number which is located at the top right corner of your digital membership card. This can also be found on your physical membership card if you have one, or on the confirmation email from when you purchased your membership.

2. Head to Ticketek.com.au to redeem your free ticket, enter your membership ID code into the password box, After entering your code you can then press the unlock tickets box.

You can enter multiple passwords as a new line item.

3. Either choose your own seats or you can click 'find best available'.

You will also be able to purchase discounted additional extras.

4. Log into your Ticketek account (this is different to your membership account), and follow the rest of the prompts to claim your tickets, if you are not purchasing additional extras, your total amount should be $0. 

5. You're tickets will either be emailed to you or sent via SMS depending on what selection you chose.
