Local Canberra Company National Capital Motors has joined the Raiders family, by sponsoring Raiders star Josh Papalii with the newly released Nissan X-TRAIL.
Papalii was handed the keys today by General Manager of National Capital Motors Heather Foss and said he’s excited about the new partnership.
“I want to thank Heather and the team at National Capital Motors for getting behind the Raiders and joining us this season,” Papalii said. “We have some great support in Canberra and it’s great to have them on board.”
“I can’t wait to take the new X-TRAIL out for a drive and check out all the terrific features.”
Raiders CEO Don Furner said support like this was essential for the Raiders to keep players like Josh at the club and it was fantastic to have the support of another local company.
“There’s always publicity about other NRL clubs securing third party sponsors and thanks to companies like National Capital Motors we can get this support locally.”
