Sia Soliola is pleased with the professionalism that his Canberra Raiders teammates have shown so far in pre-season.
"Everyone has been really professional in the way they have applied themselves so far," Soliola said.
"We always try to encourage everyone to be in top physical shape at this time of the year because when we come back from the Christmas break we want to start from where we left off."
