The Raiders (through the Canberra District Rugby League) have partnered with the Australian Sports Foundation (ASF) to embark on fundraising campaigns for projects listed with ASF.
The first of these projects is an opportunity to ‘Become part of Raiders History’ with people and companies having the ability to have their name featured at the clubs brand new CDRL Centre in Braddon.
This CDRL Centre will enable the Raiders to be an outstanding sporting entity, with access to world-class infrastructure, that will build, attract and retain the best available talent from the Capital Region.
Additionally, the CDRL Centre will provide benefits to individuals and communities across the ACT, Southern NSW and Riverina through football operations and the delivery of a diverse Community Support portfolio that encompasses health and wellbeing initiatives (e.g. Mental Health Awareness and Respect Program) and social inclusion initiatives (e.g. Indigenous and Female Participation Programs).
You can be part of Raiders history by making a fully tax-deductible donation. Every donation, no matter what size, will play a vital role in the development of the CDRL Centre, a key facility for Rugby League and the delivery of associated community programs in our region.
Your contribution will allow us to:
1. Showcase our HISTORY
2. Service the CURRENT
3. Inspire the FUTURE
Tax deductible donations at the levels specified below will be recognised through:
$2,500 - Donor Honour Board: Your name plaque on the CDRL Centre Donor Wall in perpetuity.
$25,000 - Foundation Tile: Your name 'engraved' in a tile laid in the entrance foyer of the CDRL Centre in perpetuity. Tiles are limited to only 25 tiles with donations requested by 30 June 2019.

Australian Sports Foundation (ASF) Background:
The Australian Sports Foundation (ASF) was established by the Australian Government in 1986, after the Australian Sports Commission Act 1985 called for the creation of a company to support the development of sport in Australia. Their mission is to raise money for Australian sport. Donors complete an ASF donation form, allowing donors to use ASF’s tax deductible status to claim tax relief for any donation of $2 or more, then ASF grant these monies raised to the nominated project.
