Joe Tapine has been charged by the NRL Match review committee.
Tapine was charged with a grade one dangerous contact charge on Storm player Brandon Smith.
Joe Tapine has elected to take the early plea and has escaped suspension. He will be free to play in the Raiders Preliminary Final on Friday the 27th September.
