Inside The NRL makes its season debut this evening at 5pm AEDT with a bumper first episode.
Host Katie Brown will again be joined by Jamie Soward and Michael Chammas every Monday during the season to break down all of the game's hottest topics.
To kick things off, Sea Eagles captain Daly Cherry-Evans and star Rabbitohs forward Cameron Murray will appear in studio, while the panel will cross to Raiders fullback Charnze Nicoll-Klokstad.
This week's talking points include:
- What impact the newly implemented Captain's Challenge rule will have
- Kalyn Ponga's future – and whether it will be at the Newcastle Knights
- How each team fared in pre-season fixtures and what that means leading into the Telstra Premiership.
There will also be a sneak preview of the NRL's new television commercial to launch the season before it premieres tonight.
