NRL Team List: Raiders v Cowboys

The Canberra Raiders have named their squad for Saturday’s match against the North Queensland Cowboys at Queensland Country Bank Stadium in Townsville.

John Bateman (Shoulder) and Curtis Scott (Arm) have been named to return to the Raiders starting side following injury lay-offs, with Bateman set to play his first match for the club since the 2019 Grand Final.

Bateman has been named in the second row, with Hudson Young shifting to lock to start the match.

Curtis Scott will play in the centres after overcoming an arm infection, while Jordan Rapana will shift to fullback to cover Charnze Nicoll-Klokstad, who will miss 1-2 weeks with a finger injury.

Recruit Corey Harawira-Naera has been named on the bench for the Raiders, after getting through his first training run with the club this morning.

Rookies Kai O’Donnell and Harley Smith-Shields have been named in the extended squad.
