Mentor with Menslink

The Canberra Raiders are calling on potential candidates to take on an important and rewarding role with Menslink to become a Mentor for young men in the Canberra region.

2020 has been tough for us all, and the young guys in our community are no exception. In fact, there are now three times the number of young guys and their single mums looking for Menslink mentors than there are volunteers.

The Raiders have been partnered with Menslink since 2012, and our almost 10 years of support comes down to the simple fact that we believe in the work they do across the Canberra region.

If you’re a good bloke, who has an hour or so to spare each fortnight, Menslink want to hear from you. Becoming a mentor is an incredibly rewarding experience, and you would be helping young guys that need more support. Menslink mentors range in age between 23 and 73 and come from all sorts of walks of life (and most of them bleed green!)

If you want to do your bit to help the next generation of young fellas, go to menslink.org.au/get-involved/mentor-a-young-guy
