The Canberra Raiders had one draw and two defeats in round six of the Junior Representative season.

Tarsha Gale Cup

The Canberra Raiders Tarsha Gale Cup side remain one place outside of the top six after playing out a 16-16 draw against the Parramatta Eels on Saturday.

Makayla Morris scored the Raiders’ first try of the match before Valasi Asomua and Klaudia Osztrenkovics both crossed over the line.

However, the Eels scored two late tries to draw the match.

The result sees the Raiders three points adrift of the sixth placed Sharks.

Harold Matthews Cup

The Canberra Raiders Harold Matthews Cup side lost 28-8 to the Parramatta Eels at Seiffert Oval.

Fullback Samuel Gash and centre Siamani Leuluai both scored for the Raiders during the course of the match.

However, Parramatta halfback Ethan Sanders scored a hattrick for his side to lead the Eels to victory.

The Raiders play the St George Dragons next weekend.

S.G. Ball Cup

The Canberra Raiders suffered their first defeat of the S.G. Ball Cup season, going down to the Parramatta Eels 47-24 on Saturday afternoon.

The Raiders, who were missing a large number of players due to them being promoted to the NSW Cup side, scored four tries in the afternoon. Connor Williams, Josh Billing, Toby Thorburn and Josh Pokoney all scored for the Raiders.

Peter Taateo scored a double for the Eels as they racked up a total of nine tries.

Despite the result, the Raiders still sit on top of the ladder.
