Boots for a Brighter Future
A group of Raiders players will be wearing specially painted boots for our Indigenous Round match against the Sydney Roosters. The boots were designed by young Indigenous artists from Gugan Gulwan and will be raising awareness and money to help Indigenous youth suicide prevention through Cultural Choice Association.
Canberra Raiders respect and honour the Traditional Custodians of the land and pay our respects to their Elders past, present and future. We acknowledge the stories, traditions and living cultures of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples on the lands we meet, gather and play on.
