Canberra Raiders Cup: Team of the Year 2022

The 2022 Blumers Lawyers Canberra Raiders Cup First Grade competition was decided just over a month ago, with the West Belconnen Warriors lifting the premiership after a dominant 38-24 grand final victory over the Queanbeyan Blues.

After two consecutive challenging seasons riddled by the covid-19 pandemic, all nine Canberra Raiders Cup sides faced new challenges throughout what was an incredible 2022 season.

In past seasons, the Canberra Raiders Cup Team of the Year has been decided by the total Best & Fairest points per position.

However, this season the Rub of the Green Podcast have curated a combined 2022 team of the year based on performance and consistency.

The team will be announced position-by-position over the coming weeks.
