The Canberra Raiders have launched a new short-form Podcast series – The Raiders Way – which is designed to give aspiring rugby league players and their families an insight into the club’s pathway process and what it takes to become a Raider.

Over the next few weeks, Raiders Pathway and Performance Manager Dean Souter and Head of Communications Ben Pollack, will speak with stakeholders from right across the game, to provide a better understanding of the Raiders rugby league pathway.
In the first episode we hear from Dean about his role within the club and we learn more about the upcoming series and what to expect.
