After the first round of 5 games the teams will be split into 2 groups for the Cup and the Plate Grand Finals.
The top 5 teams (on points and +/-) will play off for the Cup, these teams are numbered 1-5 on the legend.
The next 5 teams (on points and +/-) will play off for the Plate, these teams are numbered 6-10 on the Legend.
