NSW Cup Round Ten Preview

The Raiders NSW Cup side will be looking to make the same impression on the Bulldogs this week as they did last week to the Rabbitohs when they play this Sunday at HE Laybutt Field in Sydney.

The Raiders are coming off the back of a convincing 22-16 win over the Rabbitohs last round, with Semi Valemei, Xavier Savage, Harley Smith-Shields and Ethan Strange all scoring in the win.

The team has been in good form this 2023 season so far winning five of the eight games they have played. They current sit in sixth position on the ladder and are equal on points with the fourth-placed Jets.

The Raiders will be going into the game with a few of changes after superstar Xavier Savage was selected for his first game back in the NRL after his jaw injury.

Ata Mariota also moves back into the NRL side on the interchange bench.

Brad Schneider has been named in the NSW Cup side this week after falling ill before last week’s match.

The side will be taking on the Bulldogs who are also in some good form, currently sitting in second place only having lost two games so far.

They are coming off a 22-12 win over the Dragons and also have a few changes to their side, with Harrison Edwards coming into the side and Jeral Skelton and Timothy Johannssen dropping out.

The game will be a hard contest with the two sides both hoping to continue their current form and get another win under the belt.

The clash will kick off on Sunday at 1pm at HE Laybutt Field in Sydney.
