 The Katrina Fanning Shield competition ladder remains close with the new kids on the block, Gungahlin and the reigning premiers, Yass leading the way.

Woden Valley Rams 30 d Tuggeranong Bushrangers 22

The Rams have won their second game of the season in a tight 8-point win over the Bushrangers.

Rams five-eighth Lara Cosgrove stole the show on Saturday taking away two tries for herself.

Both sides will be happy with their efforts and will be looking to roll the energy into this weekend’s games.

The Rams will now look to rebuild and continue their form as they head into a tough round seven match-up against the inform Yass Magpies.

Yass Magpies 50 d Goulburn City Bulldogs 0

The Yass Magpies continue to wreak havoc after yet another dominant 50-point win.

Yass capitalised on what has been an injury-riddled season for Goulburn.

Goulburn are still sitting in fifth place and will be looking to improve and hold their positioning.

Yass will now take on the Woden Valley Rams this Saturday and the Bulldogs will play the Queanbeyan Kangaroos.

Gungahlin Bulls 30 d Harden Worhawks 12 

The Gungahlin Bulls have continued to excel, securing their sixth win of the season and continuing their undefeated season.

Caitlin Turnbull continues to show off her talents after scoring four tries to top the try-scoring leader board with 19 tries.

Harden will be looking to get a win this weekend and hopefully work their way back up the ladder.

The Bulls will now face the UC Stars this Saturday while Harden will face the West Belconnen Warriors.

Queanbeyan Blues 81 d Queanbeyan Kangaroos 0

The Queanbeyan Blues have smashed out another win, edging closer to the top end of the ladder.

The dominant performance from the side was felt across the whole team with Payge- Louise Condon grabbing a hattrick, while Gabrielle Knight and Tenille Martins also crossed for doubles.

The Roos are still hoping to get their first win of the season and will look to improve as they head into the weekend.

The Blues will now face the Tuggeranong Bushrangers while the Roos will face Goulburn.
