The Bulldogs have grabbed an important two competition points, knocking off a red-hot Bushies outfit on Sunday afternoon.
After conceding 124 points in two weeks only a fortnight ago, Goulburn have turned things around quickly, putting two impressive wins together to cement their position in the top four.
It was a seesaw contest for the opening 50 minutes as either side traded four-pointers.
But Goulburn five-eighth Jennaya Ottaway was the difference maker, setting up two tries and scoring one of her own to put Tuggeranong to bed in the dying stages.
Gungahlin Bulls 6 d West Belconnen Warriors 4
The Bulls remain top of the ladder after a tight two-point victory over West Belconnen on Sunday morning.
West Belconnen dominated possession in the opening 30 minutes but couldn't execute a four-pointer as Gungahlin's goal-line defence was tested.
Competition leading tryscorer Caitlin Turnbull added another try to the tally which happened to be the game winner for Gungahlin as they hold top spot on the ladder.
However it will be a battle for the minor premiership come Saturday when they host the fellow undefeated Yass Magpies.
The Warriors will host Tuggeranong on Sunday to try and hold third position on the ladder from the chasing Bulldogs.
Woden Valley Rams 54 d Queanbeyan Kangaroos 14
The Rams have put together their biggest win of the season, defeating the Kangaroos by 40 points at Seears Workwear Oval.
Lara Cosgrove was one of the standouts, the five-eighth crossing for four tries in the sides' big victory.
The Kangaroos have continued to compete week-in-week-out as the new side continue to develop throughout the competition.
Woden will look to make it two in a row when they travel to Goulburn on Saturday morning.
Yass Magpies 40 d Queanbeyan Blues 6
The Magpies will carry plenty of momentum into this Saturday's grudge match with Gungahlin after another impressive performance on Sunday afternoon.
The Magpies defeated the Queanbeyan Blues 40-6 in front of a huge crowd at Walker Park, scoring eight tries in the contest.
Lucy Prosser crossed for another try-double, now moving into outright second on the competition tryscorer leaderboards.
Meanwhile Queanbeyan continue to gel after a disruptive season with roster movement.
