Sebastian Kris has been charged by the NRL Match Committee following yesterday's loss to the Sharks.
Kris has been charged with a grade three dangerous throw charge. Kris was sent off in the 60th minute of the match.
Kris will take the early guilty plea and be suspended for five matches.
