The Monaro Colts Andrew Johns Cup side were beaten in consecutive weeks while the Laurie Daley Cup side picked up their first win in dominant fashion.

A game of ebbs and flows from both sides remained in the balance for the majority until the Dragons went on a late surge.
Illawarra South Coast got off to a healthy lead, scoring three tries to Monaro's one within the opening 20 minutes of play.
Soon after, Colts five-eighth Johnny Constable crossed to bring the scores to 8-16 Dragons way going into the break.
Early into the second half, centre Tyler Stonham scored his second, which was converted by halfback Rhys Chapman, bringing the Colts within two points.
However, with under 15 minutes remaining, the away side scored two quick tries to put the margin beyond doubt.

Monaro bounced back from their round one loss, putting on a commanding performance in front of a home crowd.
The scores were tight until early into the second half at 14-12 Colts way, with Monaro's tries coming from winger Brady Smith, prop Jesse Milin, and JJ Mau Pohiva coming off the bench.
The Colts then decided to put their foot on the gas and didn't let off, piling on the points to lock in their first win of their campaign.
Tries in Monaro's second half tear came through winger Lachlan Cunanan, second-rower & captain Joseph Elton, halfback Yuri Hromow, and hooker Mitchell Brophy.
Monaro face the Western Rams this Sunday, with the Andrew Johns Cup side searching for their first win while the Laurie Daley Cup side try go back-to-back.
