Monaro's talents were showcased on the weekend, as all five Colts teams got the win against the Riverina Bulls on Sunday at McDonalds Park, Wagga Wagga.

Sunday marked the last round of the Andrew Johns and Laurie Daley Cups.

With both sides securing the win, the Laurie Daley Cup side finish first placed in the Southern Conference and advance through to finals, while the Andrew Johns Cup side were already out of contention and finished their season on a high note.

After dominant opening games for the Regional Lisa Fiaola Cup and Women's Country Championships sides, they still must win their next game in the two round format to finish atop their pool and make the grand final.

The knockout format of the Men's Country Championships means that Monaro progress through to the semi final after their victory on Sunday.

The narrow winning margin places the Colts in fourth, which means they face first placed Northern Rivers in two weeks time.
