It was the perfect start for Erindale, cruising away to a huge 64-6 victory over Illawarra Sports High last Wednesday at Seiffert Oval.

Yuri Hromow and Harry Hudson starred for the ACT side, crossing for a combined five tries as they showcased their talents in their first hit-out of the tournament.

They will face a strong Hills SHS side, who are looking down the barrel of an 0-2 start to the tournament.

The Hills were defeated 26-12 by Hunter SHS last week, further damping their hopes of avenging last year's quarterfinals defeat to St Dominics.

The bottom line is a win for Erindale will all-but lock them in for a finals campaign, while a loss for Hills could knock them straight out of contention.
