Rolling Raiders dominate in Elimination Final

The Rolling Raiders progress to the preliminary final after a 30-point thrashing over the Wests Tigers in an eliminator.

Traveling to Menai Indoor Sports Centre last Sunday, the Raiders secured a dominant 60-30 victory, bringing them one step closer to the grand final while simultaneously ending the Tigers' season.

In an impressive attacking display, Zac Carl rolled over for a whopping five tries, Chris O'Brien secured a hat-trick, and Toby Popple and Brad Burns each added a try.

The Raiders will face the Parramatta Eels this Sunday, June 23, at 4pm in a massive preliminary final at the Menai Indoor Sports Centre.

Parramatta narrowly fell short 52-54 to the St George Illawarra Dragons last weekend, which sees the Dragons progress straight through to the grand final, while the Eels use their lifeline.

In their previous meetings this year, Parramatta have bested the Raiders with a 42-32 win in round one and a strong 56-32 victory in round four.

The Rolling Raiders will undoubtedly roll in with confidence as they set their sights on securing a spot in the grand final of their inaugural NSW Cup season.
