Jordan Rapana has been ruled out due to concussion, which sees Sebastian Kris shift to the wing, Ethan Strange to centre and Adam Cook to five-eighth.
Danny Levi and Emre Guler return to the side on the bench, with Trey Mooney moving back to the extended bench.
