It all comes down to this weekend in the Blumers Lawyers Katrina Fanning Shield, to determine the make up of the top four heading into finals next week. 

Woden Valley Rams vs Yass Magpies, 9:30am, Saturday at Boomanulla Oval

Finals arrive a week early in the Katrina Fanning Shield, when the Woden Valley Rams welcome the Yass Magpies to Boomanulla Oval for an important clash in deciding the minor premiership. 

The Rams enter the final round of the season fresh off a win against the Bulls away from home which sees Woden sit atop the table with one round to go. 

Meanwhile, the Magpies secured their eighth win in a row after a comprehensive victory over the Kangaroos at home last weekend placing them second on the competition ladder on for and against. 

The two competition points are crucial for both sides as it will guarantee a top two finish, while the loser may drop to third and face an elimination final next week.  

West Belconnen Warriors vs Belconnen United Sharks, 9:30am, Saturday at Raiders Belconnen 

The Belconnen United Sharks travel to Raiders Belconnen to face their cross town rivals, the West Belconnen Warriors this weekend. 

The Warriors enter the round of an impressive victory at home against the Goulburn City Bulldogs last weekend. 

Meanwhile, the Sharks tasted a defeat at the hands of the Bushrangers and will be aiming to finish their season on a high with a victory on Saturday. 

Although finals are out of the picture for both sides, they will be desperate to secure bragging rights in the last game of the season against their arch rivals.   

Tuggeranong Bushrangers vs Queanbeyan Blues, 10:40am, Saturday at Greenway Oval

The Tuggeranong Bushrangers welcome the Queanbeyan Blues to Greenway Oval on Saturday morning in a contest which will hold massive finals ramifications. 

The Bushrangers grinded out a tight eight point victory last weekend against the Sharks and secured their third win of the season in the process. 

Whilst, the Blues enter this round fresh and ready to go after having the bye last round to prepare for their finals campaign. 

A win for the Blues will see them finish inside the top two on the Katrina Fanning Shield ladder, whilst the Bushrangers will be looking to spoil their plans and finish the season with three wins in a row. 

Bungendore Kangaroos vs Goulburn City Bulldogs, 12:00pm, Saturday at Seears Workwear Oval

The Bungendore Kangaroos and Goulburn City Bulldogs face off on Saturday afternoon at Seears Workwear Oval with both sides looking to end their campaigns with a victory. 

The Kangaroos return home this week after a rough road trip to Yass which saw them comprehensively defeated. 

Whilst, the Bulldogs also suffered defeat away from home at the hands of the Warriors last weekend after an impressive couple of weeks prior. 

After disappointing 2024 seasons, the two sides will fight extremely hard to secure a win and enter the off season with confidence for next year.
