CRRL Squad set for Blues Tag Gala Day

The Canberra Region Rugby League (CRRL) league tag squad will head to the Central Coast for tomorrow's (October 12) NSWRL Opens Blues Tag representative Gala Day.

Teams from five regions across the state will compete in a round-robin tournament at the Central Coast Regional Sporting and Recreation Complex, culminating in elimination finals to crown the day's winner.

The CRRL squad, featuring players from the Canberra Raiders Cup and George Tooke Shield, will face off against representative teams from Central Coast, Cronulla, Newcastle, and Woodbridge.

The team held their final training session last night, which included an opposed session against the ACT Oztag team to sharpen their game ahead of the big gala day.
