The CRRL Rolled into Griffith

The CRRL Wheelchair Rugby League program made a successful return to Griffith, in partnership with Intereach, to further grow the sport in the region.

With support from Intereach, a not-for-profit community organisation offering services for children, people with disabilities, and more, we successfully delivered Wheelchair Rugby League sessions to local schools and several disability support organisations.

Over three days, we serviced more than 250 participants, including students from Western Riverina Community School, Kalinda School, Gralee School, Griffith Post School Options, and Kurrajong, as well as representatives from various support services, all of whom enjoyed the Wheelchair Rugby League experience.

The CRRL is committed to expanding Wheelchair Rugby League throughout Canberra and the surrounding regions, with the long-term vision of establishing a state-wide competition.
