The Canberra Raiders are pleased to announce the re-signing of English second-rower Hollie-Mae Dodd for a further two seasons.
Dodd has extended her time with the club until the end of the 2026 NRLW season.
The 21-year-old is a foundation NRLW player with the Raiders, making her debut with the club in 2023.
Dodd has played 15 games for the Raiders over the past two seasons, returning from an ACL injury to play eight games this year.
The 21-year-old has also represented England on eight occasions, including their recent 82-0 win over Wales. Dodd finished the game with a try, 22 runs for 246 metres, 10 tackle breaks and 17 tackles.
Dodd is looking forward to returning to Canberra next year and extending her time with the club.
“I’m so excited to have signed with the Raiders for a further two years,” Dodd said.
“I have loved being part of this club and I’m so keen to be back alongside the girls.
“It’s a dream I’ve had since being young playing in the NRLW so I’m super grateful for the Raiders and love pulling on the green jersey.”
Hollie-Mae Dodd Try
Raiders NRLW coach Darrin Borthwick is excited to see Dodd remain at the Raiders for the next two seasons.
“I think the time and effort we have put into Hollie over the last couple of seasons, to see how far she’s come even post-ACL injury at the back of the 2023 season, it’s terrific,” Borthwick said.
“I can’t wait to see what she’s going to add to her game and more importantly for our team.
“She had a really good international series that’s just gone by, she was very impressive in that and we are really lucky to have her back.”
