The Rolling Raiders are ready for the 2025 season after using funds from the Canberra Raiders 50-50 Charity Raffle to purchase new equipment.
During the Raiders' Round 23 home game last year, the Rolling Raiders were the charity partner for the 50-50 Charity Raffle, which runs at every home game. The initiative supports community organisations that align with the club’s values and create a positive impact.
Half of the raffle’s total proceeds go to a lucky winner, while the remaining amount is donated to the nominated charity partner. Through this, a total of $9,175 was raised, with the Rolling Raiders receiving $4,587.55.
The funds went towards two new wheelchairs for the team and CRRL's Wheelchair Rugby League program, including Come & Try days at schools and open sessions throughout the year.

The support from the Raiders helps CRRL continue delivering Wheelchair Rugby League and raising awareness about this growing, fully inclusive sport.
CRRL's Wheelchair Rugby League program kicks off this weekend, starting with the first Come & Try day this Sunday.

Following a historic season in which the Rolling Raiders won the NSW Cup premiership in their debut year, the team is looking ahead to the 2025 season, which kicks off next weekend.

Wheelchair Rugby League continues to grow, and CRRL is at the forefront of its development. The sport is all-inclusive, meaning anyone can participate, whether they use a wheelchair or not.
