A proud Fiji Bulikula representative, Naitokatoka was part of the Harvey Norman NSW Women’s Premiership-winning team at Mounties in 2023.

Naitokatoka made her NRLW debut for the Eels in 2021 before playing for the Sharks in 2023, playing every game of last season off the bench.
